  1. Verify email addresses to be sure that it’s the real sender
  2. For any request to send money or confidential information, call by phone or ask directly the concerned person to confirm the request
  3. Change you passwords often
  4. Expect to be attacked. It’s not “if” but “when”
  5. Be careful of the attachments and links inside emails, a lot are malicious. Check the link before to click on it and the source of the message
